C-Rayz Walz

One of the fiercest mic-smashers in New York, C Rayz Walz is legendary for his explosive battle tactics, "oh sh*t!"-inducing punchlines, and deep social/spiritual knowledge. A member of the Stronghold family, he put out his own critically-acclaimed debut LP The Prelude with Plain Pat in 1998. Since then he's been bringing it on various singles, compilations, and guest appearances, further expanding his already enormous reputation for lyrical fury. C Rayz signed with underground powerhouse Def Jux, and released the LP Ravipops (The Substance) in 2003.
