ATL vet Gorilla Zoe is best known for the D-boy anthem "Hood N*gga," but his career since then has teetered between grimy crunk rap and glittery club pop. King Kong is dominated by the latter style, but once you get past that -- and it won't be easy for fans sick of Auto-Tunin' rappers -- the album isn't too bad. Gorilla Zoe lands a few decent attempts at crossover success, including the title track, "Twisted" with Lil Jon and "Your B*tch." It's safe to say that Flo Rida's throne is secure for the moment.
