Discovered by Curtis Mayfield, this late vocal group entered the '70s with the perennial hit and teen comfort blanket "O-o-h Child." Lead vocalist Clarence Burke, Jr. really was a child at the time, with all the talent and charisma of a more soulful Michael Jackson.
