This seminal Slowcore band has been together since 1991, serving as a cathartic vehicle for singer-songwriter Jeff Martin (the only original member of the band). His songs are melancholic musings that devour space and time through whispered vocals and chiming guitars in alternate tunings that often harmonize with female backing vocals.
